Welcome,

I’m Henriett Híz, an internationally accredited business and career coach and economist.

For more than twenty years, I have worked in complex, high-responsibility organizational environments — in the private sector, public administration, international academic settings, and multinational corporations. I know firsthand the pace, decision pressure, and level of responsibility in which leaders and key professionals operate every day.

In coaching, I bring this practical experience with me.
I do not think in theoretical solutions — I start from real workplace situations.

I believe that career development and leadership are not matters of drifting.
Choosing a conscious direction is not always a dramatic decision — often, it is an internal clarification.

What do I truly want to represent?
What way of operating is sustainable for me in the long term?
Where is the point where performance and balance no longer work against each other?

With my clients, we work to help them:

– build their careers more consciously,
– make decisions with greater stability,
– and operate in a way that is sustainable over the long term.

As the mother of two children, the balance between professional responsibility and personal life is especially close to my heart. I know that performance is only sustainable when a person is well — not only as a professional, but as a human being.

Our work together is focused, structured, and built on trust.

It is a space where thinking becomes clearer — and decisions more responsible.

Why is this topic important to me?

Throughout my professional journey, I have repeatedly seen that lasting results do not depend solely on strategy, but on one’s internal way of operating.

Someone may be an excellent professional, but if direction is lost, motivation fades, or balance disappears, performance will eventually become unstable.

For me, coaching is about aligning professional success with human stability.
Conscious operation does not slow you down — it strengthens you in the long run.

How do I work?

– In a structured yet flexible process
– Starting from concrete, real-life situations
– In a confidential, non-judgmental space
– With practical, implementable steps

I do not provide ready-made recipes.
We create a thinking framework in which decisions are born from internal conviction.

In what situations do clients turn to me?

Most often, leaders and professionals seek me out who appear successful from the outside — yet internally experience growing tension or uncertainty.

When:

– responsibility feels overwhelming and there is little space for reflection
– they are facing an important career decision
– internal motivation is decreasing
– work–life balance is difficult to sustain
– they sense change is needed, but the direction is not yet clear

In these situations, our work together supports thoughtful, sustainable decisions.

Who is this work for?

For those
– who are ready to take responsibility for their decisions,
– and want to operate more consciously.

Not for those
– who are looking for quick fixes or ready-made answers.
