1. Subject and Scope of the GTC
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) govern the terms of use of the coaching and consultation services provided by Henriett Híz (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”).
The scope of these GTC extends to all legal relationships established between the Service Provider and the person using the services (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”), as well as to all services advertised on the website or agreed upon individually.
The coaching service is intended for self-development and personal growth purposes and does not qualify as psychotherapy or a healthcare service.
By ordering the services, the Client accepts the provisions of these GTC.
2. Formation of the Contract
The contract is concluded upon the Client’s application (e.g. via email, website, or appointment booking) and the confirmation by the Service Provider.
3. Nature of the Services
The Service Provider may offer the following services:
- Individual coaching
- Group coaching / workshops
- Online or in-person consultations
- Other related development programs
The purpose of the services is to support the Client in achieving their goals, making decisions, and developing self-awareness.
4. Appointment Booking
Appointments are booked through the Minup system available on the website.
During the booking process, the Client provides the necessary data, selects the service and time, and accepts these GTC. The booking becomes final upon confirmation by the Service Provider.
5. Fees and Payment Terms
The fees for the services are specified on the website or in an individual agreement.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify prices.
Payment must be made within the deadline indicated on the invoice via:
- Bank transfer
- Cash
- Online payment
6. Cancellation Policy
The Client may cancel the service no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
In case of cancellation after this deadline or failure to attend, 50% of the service fee will be charged.
7. Data Protection
The Service Provider processes the Client’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
The Service Provider’s liability is limited with regard to any direct or indirect damages arising from the provision of the services.
Coaching is a self-development process and does not qualify as psychotherapy, medical, or mental health treatment.
The Client acknowledges that they are fully responsible for their own decisions and their consequences.
The Service Provider does not assume responsibility for the outcomes of the Client’s decisions.
The service does not replace psychological, medical, or therapeutic care.
9. Confidentiality
The Service Provider treats all information obtained during the coaching process as confidential.
Exceptions include:
- Legal obligations
- Situations involving immediate danger (e.g. risk to life)
10. Complaints Handling
The Client may submit complaints in writing to the following email address:
Complaints will be investigated and responded to within 30 days of receipt.
11. Copyright
All materials provided on the website and during the services are protected by copyright. Their use without permission is prohibited.
12. Modification of the GTC
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these GTC. Any modifications become effective upon publication on the website.

14. Governing Law
These GTC are governed by Hungarian law, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code.
The parties shall strive to settle any disputes amicably.
